*Confidentiality Agreement

I understand that I may have access to private, sensitive, or personal information about clients and their families. I agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and will not share, discuss, or disclose any client-related information outside of my direct work responsibilities.

*Code of Conduct

I agree to conduct myself with professionalism, compassion, and respect while representing KV Care. This includes arriving on time, dressing appropriately, communicating clearly, and treating all clients and their families with dignity.

*Reliability & Communication

I understand that consistency is critical in care work. If I am unable to report to a scheduled shift, I will notify KV Care as soon as possible. I agree to maintain open communication and respond to scheduling or care-related messages in a timely manner.

*Background Checks

I agree to submit to a background check prior to being placed with any client and understand that placement is contingent upon the results of that check.

*No Freelancing with Clients

I agree not to solicit, accept, or arrange private care work with any KV Care client outside of the KV Care system, unless expressly approved in writing.

*Use of Personal Vehicle

If I use my personal vehicle to transport or accompany a client, I confirm that I carry valid insurance and assume full liability.

*Client Safety & Incident Reporting

I agree to report any safety concerns, injuries, or unusual client behaviors to KV Care immediately. I understand that documentation and communication are a required part of care work.
